Cooking Instructions:
- In small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil. Stir in 1 cup Goya Organic Quinoa, 1 tbsp. Goya olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt. Return water to boil, cover pot. Reduce heat to medium low.
- Cook, covered, until water is completely absorbed and quinoa is tender (White germ will separate from the seed), 14-18minutes. fluff with fork. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
